What will your typical day look like?

 

As a C#/.Net Developer in the Intelligent Automation (IA) at Omnia AI (CDC) service offering, you will be part of a team that delivers IA solutions to our clients and supports evaluation, architecture, and implementation of IA opportunities. We will count on you to consult our clients and, advise and implement value-added automations that can transform our clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities include:

•    Support project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored IA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
•    Develop and document IA configuration best practices, work with team to configure new IA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
•    Support the strategic and tactical deployment of IA solution to clients by executing and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout phases.
•    Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of IA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
•    Support internal business development activities including proposal responses, community of practice development and communications.

Deloitte Omnia AI, Deloitte's Artificial Intelligence practice is comprised of specialized experts with hands-on experience, and cutting-edge information assets that facilitate successful Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformations. We develop AI-enabled solutions to address all aspects of a client’s transformative journey with disciplined focus on business outcomes.

 

Our Omnia Canadian Delivery Center (CDC) team helps clients design and implement the data platform architectures – be it in the cloud or on-premise – required to enable cutting-edge AI solutions. We work closely with the Omnia AI Strategy, Data Modernization Analytics, AI Insights and AI Factory (custom developed AI assets) teams to drive successful business outcomes. You will be part of a practice to deliver a breadth of solutions to solve our clients most challenging business problems, with a focus on Big Data, BI/DW, Data Integration, Data Governance, Master Data and Analytics applications. Each of these applications leverages a different mix of traditional and innovative technologies to achieve business outcomes. To support our continued growth, we are looking to add many team players with hands-on work experience ideally in the data, analytics and/or AI domains.
 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • C# development experience (2+ years) and familiar with respective architectural principles 
  • 2-7 years of experience in business client-facing role involving process design, automation development and process improvement work
  • Experience with developing documents related to automation projects
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with mapping, spreadsheets, word processing and database software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Exposure to delivering in both Agile and Waterfall methodology within large organization (5000+ employee) is very desirable
  • Experience in Pega OpenSpan Robotics or any market leading RPA - Robotic Process Automation tools, such as BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere preferred not mandatory
  • Collaborative mindset as work will be performed with Deloitte internal teams and clients
