What will your typical day look like?
Greenhouse Specialists blend organizational excellence and business acumen with the overarching mission to create exceptional client experiences at Deloitte. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide array of clients to solve exciting business challenges, stretch your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and network with executive-level clients as well as Deloitte leaders.
Individuals in this role, under the guidance of the Market Lead, will work with facilitators, Deloitte teams, clients, and other key stakeholders to strategically shape the overall experience. Greenhouse Specialists may also have the opportunity to apprentice as a junior facilitator to grow and develop their facilitation skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Lead Facilitator to support the delivery of a Greenhouse session, either in-person at your local Greenhouse or across Canada online
- Assist in coordination of the workshop planning process, including taking notes during scoping and planning calls, tracking action items, and supporting with research activities
- Listen to clients and account teams to understand client challenges and opportunities
- Engage with Deloitte clients, account teams and broader ecosystem to gather background information and collateral to support session design
- Apply knowledge of business terms and definitions and begin to understand how organizations make decisions based on strategic, financial, and market considerations.
- Participate in the development comprehensive documentation for each session which includes capturing notes, building slide decks, synthesizing, and organizing the information for summary reports.
- Contribute to Experience Design Execution and collaborate with the team to enhance session delivery
- Participate in day-of session delivery by managing all session materials (invitations, presentations, and workbooks etc.), utilizing digital collaboration tools, and supporting breakout activities
- Research and pilot innovative client experience approaches that can be deployed in the Greenhouse environment.
- Build relationships and serve as an ambassador for the Greenhouse Experience Program to educate account teams on the Greenhouse design process.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
We are looking for motivated, organized, and creative team members with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You are someone with:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or professional services organization or related environment.
- Demonstrates basic business writing and effective document development skills (including note taking and tailoring complex information), exhibiting logical structuring and appropriate formatting.
- High comfort and professionalism when communicating with clients and executives (verbal and written communications), including copy-writing skills to support our engagements are highly desirable.
- Proven proficiency with technology including online collaboration tools (MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Klaxoon, Miro, PollEverywhere) and comfort learning how to use new cutting-edge tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. We move at fast pace, so time management skills are essential.
- Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and has what it takes to push forward despite it.
- Must be able to lift and move 25 lbs.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
