What will your typical day look like?
The Operations Lead works closely with the National Senior Manager of Strategic Operations, the Regional Market Lead, and cross-functional peers to implement operational standards and protocols, including practice reporting, vendor management, and client feedback. This individual will be the person to uphold our service excellence standards, contribute to a network of National Operations Leads and implement established processes in their region to create consistent experiences across the network.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing the Greenhouse Experience Program request process, including leading weekly team pipeline call, inbox & calendar management, request triaging and resourcing with appropriate team members, and scheduling and leading of specific operations-based calls & follow up activities (ROI).
- Managing the day-to-day operations, including supporting the function of the facility and all the elements needed to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Taking ownership of the physical facility and taking a proactive approach in ensuring that it is always client ready.
- Managing, tracking, and reporting Greenhouse activities through existing reporting tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Monitoring and improving operational efficiencies in support of the Greenhouse Experience Program and Deloitte’s strategic priorities.
- Managing, communicating, and maintaining updates and implementations of best practices via feedback received per region
- Supporting the development of regional updates, newsletters, success stories, and other core Greenhouse materials used to support business development & regional marketing.
- Managing the revenue generation and collection process with internal & external clients.
- Managing and processing expenses and budget for your region including tracking, monitoring, and reconciliation of budget to actuals.
- Strong relationship development and management with external vendors and internal enabling services.
- Insight generation – Work with National Operations & Reporting Leader to leverage feedback and data from operating systems and processes to create efficiencies and program effectiveness for assigned regions

Be it in-person in a Greenhouse, offsite or online with our Canada-wide client base, the team elevates the experience and engagement.

We are looking for an authentic, motivated, organized, and creative team member with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You are someone with:
- Minimum 3+ years of event management, program management, retail management or hospitality experience in a leading-edge client centric environment.
- Experience in a professional services firm or consulting capacity is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. We move at a quick pace, so time management skills are essential.
- Flexibility to support other areas of the Greenhouse Experience Program to ensure a client’s experience is a success.
- High comfort and professionalism when communicating online or in-person with clients and executives.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically to enable the execution of initiatives at an operational level.
- Proficiency in online tools and Greenhouse Experience Program technology (Klaxoon, Miro, Smart Technologies, etc..) – Training will be provided.
- Experience with finance or budget management is considered an asset.
- Ability to support stakeholders with revenue targets considered an asset.
- Ability to travel to support regional Greenhouse Programs.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
