Delivery Centre SAP Senior Manager

 

Are you interested in leading large technology consulting teams? We are looking for someone to lead our SAP team within our Deloitte’s Canadian Delivery Centre (CDC). Are you ready to lead one of our Delivery Centre’s key teams? Are you looking for a role where you will be able to have accountability, demonstrate leadership, and make a difference in our junior staff’s careers?

What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Manager focused on SAP, you will be responsible for leading the SAP within our Canadian Delivery Centre. You will be responsible for growing and managing the 70+ member team. This will include activities such as practice development initiatives, team management and mentorship, and business development activities. You will build strong business relationships and create trusted relationships. Finally, you will promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within Deloitte.

Additional duties in leading the SAP CDC team include:

  • Responsible for building and delivering to annual business and growth plan
  • Leading strategic initiatives for the team (e.g. capability growth, delivery processes)
  • Managing the day to day of the team
  • Leading growth and development of the team as it applies to recruiting, training, and coaching
  • Demonstrating accountability and contributing to the successful operations of the team
  • Creating a sense of community for team members
  • Identifying, leading, and closing CDC oriented business development opportunities
  • Responsible for talent, promotion and compensation reviews for the team members
  • Participation in SAP project based on skillset

About the team

 

Our Montreal & New Brunswick based Canadian Delivery Centre is made up of over 475 employees that primarily focus on delivering technology solutions to clients. Our SAP team is made up of functional and technical resources who provide implementation and support services to several clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone who possess:

  • Over 12+ years’ experience in the SAP field leading and managing teams in a delivery
  • Experience leading large teams of at least 50 individuals in a project centric environment
  • Experience participating in sales opportunities in a professional services context
  • Experience in consulting an asset, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (must be completely bilingual)
  • Experience working with multiple teams coordinating work efforts
