What will your typical day look like?
You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative engagement team with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will have the opportunity to leverage your professional background and skills by specializing immediately or by gaining exposure to several industries and competencies during your first few years with the firm.
As part of our ServiceNow ETP team, you will collaborate with cross-functional professionals to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. You’ll be instrumental in enabling clients to unlock the full potential of ServiceNow’s ETP capabilities, ranging from workflow automation and process integration to data management and advanced analytics.

We specialize in harnessing the full capabilities of ServiceNow’s Enterprise Technology Platform (ETP) to solve complex business challenges, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. We work collaboratively across disciplines, combining deep ServiceNow expertise with industry knowledge and a passion for innovation. Our team is committed to continuous learning, staying ahead of the latest platform enhancements, and sharing best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
We are seeking candidates who:
- Are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program and returning to school following completion of this work term, pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Business, ERP-related program (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com), or another relevant degree
- Looking to complete a 4-month work term starting in Summer 2026 or Fall 2026
- Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
- Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments

Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.
Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $80,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
