  • Create and curate content for AI adoption: Develop methodologies and content that make it easier for teams to use AI safely and effectively in their day to day work.
  • Help organize project knowledge: Support project teams in structuring and tagging key assets (notes, documents, presentations, recordings) so that knowledge can be easily found and reused, including in AIsupported workflows.
  • Gather feedback and insights: Use simple analytics and user feedback to understand how new tools are being adopted, surface pain points, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with colleagues in strategy, design, engineering, data, and sales to cocreate practical, technologyenabled solutions for real client and internal use cases.
  • Learn a lot, fast: Stay on top of emerging GenAI trends and features, experiment with new tools, and share your learnings through demos or short writeups.

The team brings together a variety of profiles (consultants, architects, designers, developers, data analysts) united by the same objective: to create measurable value through emerging technologies, while keeping people at the center of the customer and employee experience. The position is based in Montreal, with frequent collaboration with colleagues across Canada.
