This new pivotal role ensures our organization adheres to robust frameworks, mitigating risks effectively, safeguarding our reputation, and fostering quality and trust among our stakeholders.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will focus on our organization’s enabling areas quality plan – managing various initiatives to help the enabling areas meet the highest quality standards, whether for internal operations or external client-facing projects. You will help manage and mitigate risks within the business by reviewing agreements, bridging gaps between contractual obligations and practical risk management. A main focus will be on the development and refinement of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework with supporting governance, uplift processes, and enhancing contractual provisions to standardize and manage third-party risks effectively.

Reporting directly to the Quality & Risk Leader for the Enabling Areas, we are dedicated to excellence in risk management and instilling high-quality practices in our business. We work closely with all our enabling area offices and leadership to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance. By fostering collaboration and applying a continuous improvement and client centric mindset, we ensure that our operations remain secure and efficient. You are someone who has:
Required
- 10+ years of experience in a Regulatory, Risk Management and/or Compliance related field
- Familiarity with Canadian standards, industry norms, and regulatory requirements
- The ability to build relationships and establish trust with individuals including internal leaders and external parties
- Demonstrates strong creative thinking and ideation skills, with the ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new concepts to address business challenges
- Strong organization and process management skills
Nice to Have
- Ability to prioritize work demands and take on ad hoc responsibilities as required
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Bilingual in French and English - (Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position)
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
