Summary
As a Scrum Master at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an efficient, high-performing agile team focused on delivering priority business outcomes. In this 1-year fixed term position, you will ensure the consistent application of the Scrum framework, guide teams toward autonomy and self-organization, and serve as an ambassador for agile methodologies within the organization. You will partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and project office leadership to drive agile best practices and support the successful delivery of business solutions.
What will your typical day look like?
- Create favorable conditions for an efficient team environment focused on priority business needs.
- Ensure the effective adoption and application of the Scrum framework; guide teams to become autonomous and self-organized.
- Support Product Owners in defining product backlog items, establishing product objectives, and regularly updating and producing progress indicators.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders as required to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Actively support the team and Product Owner in applying agile methodologies by removing impediments, promoting close collaboration, and ensuring role clarity.
- Serve as an ambassador for agility within the organization, contributing to the implementation and adoption of agile practices.
- Assist in the implementation and effective use of project management tools, methods, and processes aligned with agile principles.
- Facilitate workshops and provide training sessions to support the implementation of agile methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed work plans, project reports, iteration and delivery reports, and other documentation as required.
- Produce periodic project monitoring reports and key indicators/tools tailored to agile methodologies.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and workshops to support the introduction and reinforcement of agile methodologies within the department.
- Deliver any other responsibilities or deliverables that support agile transformation and project success.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum teams and applying agile methodologies in a project environment.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in preparing reports, training materials, and delivering workshops.
Note: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
