What will your typical day look like?
- Lead and manage complex cross-functional transformation programs focused on SAP and other major ERP platforms within global organizations.
Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of services related to programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and value creation. - Engage and manage global stakeholders at both executive and operational levels, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Align business and IT strategies, drive business integration, and advance digital modernization initiatives.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks to ensure effective risk management, compliance (including SOX and GRC requirements), and program-related controls.
- Manage large-scale teams and multi-million dollar budgets while optimizing resource allocation and ensuring service excellence.
- Collaborate with consumer packaged goods and business operations teams to deliver solutions that enable transformation in sales, marketing, and retail.

Key Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in program and portfolio management, with leadership roles in (global) transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in SAP platforms including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Concur is a plus
- Strong background in CPG industry, including exposure to trade promotion, retail operations, and sales enablement
- Demonstrated success in business-IT alignment, digital modernization, and enterprise application delivery
- Experience managing large teams and multi-million dollar budgets
- Certifications are plus but not mandatory: Scrum Master, Product Owner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe Agilist

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
