What will your typical day look like?


In this role, you will be primarily responsible for creating user accounts for clients and/or Deloitte employees in the applications used for the delivery of services. You will troubleshoot issues with various applications, answer client questions and set-up access for the team. You will also assist with the maintenance and review of apps set-up and ensure compliance with team and Firm policy. You will assist with responding to questions from the bookkeeping operations team related to app use and assist in ensuring efficient use of tools to their full capability.

About the team


The ctrl group collaborates with local client delivery teams across the country to carry out tasks required to complete cloud accounting services for small and medium private clients in various business sectors. It is a one stop shop that offers client’s services at a fixed monthly price.

You are someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), in both English and French
  • Computer proficiency, proven problem-solving skill and focused attention to detail
  • Experience working in a tech support environment with a variety of cloud applications and understanding of securities principles
  • Experience handling multiple and conflicting deadlines and with tracking and monitoring of project tasks to ensure timely follow-up and completion within established service level agreements
  • Ability to deal with highly-confidential information; diplomacy, conciliation and discretion are all vital in this role
