What will your typical day look like?


As a Bilingual CSR you will assist sales champions and with various internal Firm teams as part of managing the client acceptance process.  You will also communicate directly with clients throughout this process. You will be responsible for managing a centralized inbox of requests including assigning tickets, triaging and escalating requests; and will partner with the Finance team to ensure client charges are correctly tracked and allocated.

About the team


The group collaborates with local client delivery teams across the country to carry out tasks required to complete cloud accounting services for small and medium private clients in various business sectors. It is a one stop shop that offers client’s services at a fixed monthly price.

You are someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), in both English and French
  • Focused attention to detail, proven problem-solving skill and computer proficiency
  • Ability to deal with highly-confidential information; diplomacy, conciliation and discretion are all vital in this role
  • Experience handling multiple and conflicting deadlines and with tracking and monitoring of project tasks to ensure timely follow-up and completion within established service level agreements
  • Exceptional commitment to client service and continuous improvement and familiarity with client onboarding cycle from acceptance through to billing and collections
