What will your typical day look like?
The Global ServiceNow Alliance Performance and Operations Lead will work directly with Global ServiceNow Alliance Leader and the ServiceNow Alliance 3600 relationship team.
Sales Planning and Operations:
- Displays ownership of the sales process and contribute effectively to building eminence and leading sales efforts, specifically through leading fiscal year planning cycles, forecasting, pipeline and account activation, where there may be broader ecosystem plays and built a better understanding of creative commercial elements to structure deals in a business development process such as pricing, scenario modeling, margins, effort and overhead
- Leads annual Global sales planning process, drives consensus on priorities, advocates for resource and solution funding
Must Win Deal Orchestration:
- Supports 'art of the possible' deals construct for large complex deals by using financial levers to frame and architect a large-scale deal including partnering with leaders to price bill of materials
- Works with the Global Sales Excellence teams to deal prioritize in local and global to support securing opportunity investment
- Go To Market Growth Play Catalyzation:
- Thinks innovatively to shape and catalyze new business opportunities for Deloitte and ServiceNow using a multi discipline model and approach to shape and capture untapped total addressable market for ServiceNow and Deloitte, in pursuit of our FY30 $4B global sales strategy.
- Connecting with the other strategic market play teams including AI, Operate, and Industry to position ServiceNow
Market Analysts:
- Shapes Proactively the analyst engagement agenda, liaison with Global Analyst Relations, and mobilize firm efforts to elevate our competitive positioning in the ServiceNow ecosystem with IDC, Everest and Gartner through briefings and RFI responses annually
Marketplace Excellence:
- Advocate and drive Deloitte’s ServiceNow Global Elite partner ecosystem performance partnering with the regional alliance managers focused on our top tier rankings, strategic competencies, and global knowledge activation
Who you'll work with:
Reporting directly to the Global ServiceNow Chief Commercial Officer, and supporting most directly their agenda setting, strategic planning, strategic communications, management of the Global Alliance 360-relationship, and executive engagement. Specific duties will include:
- Report to the Global Alliance Leader
- Work with Chief of Staff; Regional Alliance Managers
- Collaborate across the Global ServiceNow network – across lead alliance partners and the and their teams; and build relationships across the firm’s Global Alliance Portfolio, Global Technology and Transformation Offering Leaders and the Global Consulting & Risk Advisory network to build community and win and hearts of minds across the Firm

Do you possess the following?
- Minimum 5 years of consulting delivery experience with a Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
- High performance as a senior consultant and strong individual contributor; strategic and creative team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work independently with competing priorities while consistently producing leading client quality deliverables
- Superior, executive communication and project management skills in a dynamic, high paced environment
- Proven experience, building effective working relationships and collaborate across stakeholders to produce a high-quality client-ready deliverables
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate views clearly and with confidence
- Outstanding analytical, financial, research, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and understanding / willingness to apply new AI capabilities (i.e. superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required)
- Strategic thinker who can identify strategic themes/issues
- Demonstrate strong EQ and IQ to manage fast paced complex environment
- Creativity and the ability to work collaboratively to reach innovative solutions
- Ability to interpret and develop an understanding of technical subject matter
- Ability to effectively manage a comprehensive set of initiatives and deliverables across different teams on time

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
