What will your typical day look like?
- Shape Enterprise Strategy: Collaborate with Deloitte and client leaders to solve complex business challenges, assess organizational priorities, and develop strategies that improve performance, reduce risk, and drive meaningful outcomes. Projects may span strategy, governance, transformation, risk management, operations, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Analyze Complex Problems: Gather and assess qualitative and quantitative information, identify themes and root causes, challenge assumptions, and develop actionable recommendations for clients.
- Facilitate Client Decision-Making: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to frame issues, align priorities, evaluate options, and support informed decision-making.
- Drive Transformation: Support the design and delivery of initiatives that improve organizational capabilities, strengthen processes, and help clients respond to evolving business challenges.
- Develop Thought Leadership: Produce insights, presentations, and points of view that help clients navigate emerging trends, strategic priorities, and evolving risks.

Deloitte helps clients solve complex strategy, risk, transformation, and operational challenges that affect how organizations protect value, build trust, and make better decisions. Our work includes fraud and financial crime advisory, but also extends to broader enterprise strategy, governance, operating model design, controls, analytics, and transformation initiatives. We bring together business thinkers, risk specialists, technologists, and data-driven problem solvers to help clients understand their challenges, shape practical solutions, and deliver meaningful impact.

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

- Tell a Compelling Story: Translate analysis into clear and persuasive deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other communication tools.
We are primarily looking for curious, structured problem-solvers with strong communication and critical thinking skills. Experience in fraud or financial crime is beneficial.
Work experiences that we are looking for include some (or all) of the following:
- Supporting strategy, transformation, risk, operations, governance, process improvement, or consulting initiatives.
- Conducting research, analysis, and problem-solving to support business decisions and executive recommendations.
- Developing presentations, reports, business cases, or executive materials that communicate complex information clearly.
- Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, or requirements-gathering sessions.
- Evaluating business processes, controls, organizational structures, or operating models and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working with data and analysis to identify trends, insights, risks, or opportunities.
- Supporting project delivery in consulting, financial services, public sector, technology, operations, analytics, audit, or risk-related environments.
- Experience in fraud management, financial crime, compliance, controls, analytics, strategy, transformation, or related disciplines is considered an asset but is not required.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Relevant professional designations or certifications are considered an asset.
- Canadian travel may be required.
- Candidates may be required to obtain Government of Canada reliability status.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
