What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Canada is seeking an experienced Consultant specializing in Logistics & Distribution to join our consulting team based in Canada. As a consultant, you will:
•    Participate in best-in-class Logistics & Distribution strategy projects, operations assessments, and transformations
•    Develop innovative recommendations to address client issues based on an understanding of the client business and industry
•    Work on client projects in logistics diagnostics, transportation optimization, and digitized fleet.
•    Support WMS, TMS, or fleet technology design, selection, and implementation.
•    Helping define fleet decarbonization strategies, using data and telematics 
•    Contribute to warehouse automation roadmaps, helping evaluate use cases by cost, ROI, and scalability
•    Work collaboratively with client personnel to achieve project goals and complete deliverables on-time
•    Build strong relationships with client counterparts and key stakeholders
•    Provide clear and concise status updates and assist the leadership team with managing project risks
•    Develop proposals to assist clients in improving their supply chain performance
•    Continuously improve professional skills through a variety of Deloitte and external training courses

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who:
•    Has a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of consulting and/or industry experience with Logistics & Distribution
•    Demonstrates experience in Supply Chain Assessments, Business Process Improvement, Transportation Sourcing, or Distribution Centre design, or familiarity to relevant supporting supply chain technologies e.g., WMS/TMS/YMS/Order Management and Inventory Planning tools
•    Has solid understanding of one or more of the following domains: Transportation, Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, Network Design, Supply Chain Strategy, Warehouse Operations & Optimization, Distribution Centre design, or experience with LTL, TL and Rail modes of transport
•    Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with data in Excel, visualization tools, or advanced analytics/AI techniques to find insights and support decision-making
•    Can break down complex problems into clear steps and communicate findings in a simple, structured way.

Preferred Skills:
•    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
•    Application knowledge including proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Alteryx), data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI), and exposure to modern technologies such as SQL, Python, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), as well as AI prompt engineering, is preferred
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•    Committed to professional and client service excellence
•    Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines and constantly changing priorities, and operates with minimal supervision
•    Has superior verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates the ability to work effectively in teams

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
