What will your typical day look like?

 

No two days are the same for a Consultant in the Workforce Transformation (WT) team, but in this role we will expect you to:
•    Work collaboratively as part of dynamic, high-performing teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients and internal initatives.
•    Consult with clients to understand the impact of disruption on the work, worker and workplace and help them define their ambition and strategy for transforming the workplace of the future
•    Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience and judgement and provide meaningful solutions and expertise.
•    Effectively organize and communicate information in compelling ways, including developing deliverable sand facilitating meetings and working sessions.
•    Actively contribute to continuing to grow yourself and the Workforce Transformation practice both regionally and nationally.

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse, global network environment
  • A visionary who has led complex strategies and initiatives across a matrixed, enterprise operation
  • A strategic and creative team player and change agent with significant experience advising leadership to drive strategy, innovation, and transformation
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients across diverse industries,  geographies, and cultures while serving as a trusted advisor for their strategic perspectives and goals
  • Proven ability to lead and oversee diverse teams
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and virtual work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and able to deliver persuasive and convincing communication
  • Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear and manageable priorities
  • Experience working in partnership-type organizations, shared services organizations, or complex multi-stakeholder structures
  • A collaborative mindset, teaming across businesses, geographies, and skill sets to deliver tangible, measurable, attributable impact
