Deloitte is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager to support the Tax & Legal Strategy, Innovation, Clients & Industries team. Are you in? Find out more about this opportunity! 

What will your typical day look like?

 

This position will be based in Calgary or Vancouver and will report to the Director, Tax & Legal Office of Sales who is based in Toronto. In this role you will work closely with the Regional Market Leader (RML) to drive the regional growth strategy and sales processes; including monthly sales meetings and pipeline review. You will identify whitespace opportunities, build the sales pipeline and drive targeting efforts across the breadth of the region’s priority account portfolio and facilitate financial reporting and progress tracking to inform strategic decision

About the team

 

As an integral member of this high-performing team you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Regional Market Leaders, in the Prairies and British Columbia, to implement client centric sales and business development strategies, that will enable us to deepen client relationships and drive top line revenue growth for the Western Tax & Legal practice.

You are someone with

  • 5+ years of business development, sales or account relationship experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Knowledge and experience serving clients in Western Canada
  • Business acumen, poise, executive presence and high articulacy. A strong background in crafting and delivering presentations is also required
  • Strong research, project management, and analytical skills
