What will your typical day look like?

 

We are seeking an Audit Manager/Senior Manager with experience serving Indigenous clients in Canada, including First Nations, Inuit and Métis governments, communities, businesses and organizations.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Be active in the marketplace and identify and lead business development opportunities with existing clients and through new proposal opportunities to grow and build the practice
  • Provide value-added, consultative solutions to clients on current business and financial conditions
  • Manage engagements from planning to completion, including financial statement audits, reviews and compilations
  • Stay abreast of technical, regulatory and industry developments relevant to audit and assurance services
  • Build trusted client relationships and bring a thoughtful, culturally respectful approach to serving Indigenous clients and communities
  • Actively mentor and coach team members to help them reach their highest potential
  • Create a learning environment through leadership
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of junior practitioner

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with the following: 

  • Completed undergraduate degree
  • CPA designation or equivalency
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience
  • Experience providing audit, review and/or assurance services to Indigenous clients in Canada, including First Nations, Inuit and Métis governments, communities, businesses or organizations.
  • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong leadership in creating a learning environment

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $138,000 (Manager) and $95,000 - $179,000 (Senior Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
