What will your typical day look like?
You will provide high-level administrative support to multiple partners, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Your role will encompass strategic calendar management, developing strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, sending communications on behalf of partners, coordinating meetings and events, expense report processing, time entry and modifications, and facilitation of travel bookings including visas and security protocols. You will also coordinate branding and translations of documents and communications. By anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions, you will enable partners to focus on their strategic priorities with confidence and efficiency.
About the team
As members of the Executive Support Services team within Central Business Services, we strive to leverage appropriate firm resources to manage, own and minimize administrative tasks for partners. We handle issues related to working on behalf of, and alongside, partners. We work to advance our careers and grow our network while continually developing.

You possess the following skills or qualities:
• At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a professional, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Exceptional focus on customer-service excellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, solutions-driven and capable of anticipating needs and troubleshooting effectively.
• Skilled at managing priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Collaborative and adept at building strong professional relationships and networks.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary to meet business needs.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
