What will your typical day look like?

As a practitioner within Deloitte’s Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on enabling technology-driven business transformation. You will contribute to complex, high-impact initiatives that support both client outcomes and the continued growth of the practice, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities and influence over time.

In this role, you will support or lead components of client engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology environments. Your work will include research, analysis, and problem-solving activities -- assessing data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation. You will also support or facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams, helping translate business needs into pragmatic, actionable technology strategies. As your role evolves, you will take on increasing responsibility for shaping recommendations, guiding delivery, and ensuring solutions are data-driven, feasible, and aligned with industry best practices and emerging technology trends such as cloud adoption, AI, digital transformation, and advanced analytics.

The Ottawa based TS&T team works closely with federal departments on enterprise-level initiatives spanning technology modernization, governance, and service delivery transformation. This role is wellsuited for individuals who understand the realities of the public sector -- including policy considerations, stakeholder coordination, and governance -- and are motivated to drive tangible outcomes through structured, delivery-focused work. While the Ottawa team is primarily focused on public sector advisory, there are opportunities to explore and grow across other areas of the broader TS&T practice.

Across TS&T, teams work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with senior leaders to solve critical business problems and maximize value from IT investments. The practice brings together diverse, forward thinking professionals with deep industry expertise, technical acumen, and a shared commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. Together, we help clients modernize their technology landscapes, address technical debt, and design future-ready IT strategies -- while supporting one another and celebrating collective success.
