What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst, you will be an integral member of a collaborative project team, partnering closely with senior consultants to address complex workforce management requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting system configuration activities, contributing to the development of functional design documentation, and preparing comprehensive support materials to align with both current and evolving client business needs. You will participate across all phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle, including solution testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.

We provide a broad range of consulting services, from Workday, Oracle, SAP, Dayforce and Finance transformation. You will receive ongoing training and development in this role, including several proprietary project tools and methodologies. Additionally, you will partner with diverse clients and delivery partners.

Our ideal candidate:
• self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
• Comprehensive understanding of time and attendance processes, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to workforce management.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful history of managing client relationships, fostering team collaboration, providing clear guidance, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying challenges and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
Nice to have:
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solution implementations, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience in Dayforce WFM and Advanced Scheduling, with proven ability to configure modules related to HR, time, and payroll; experience with Payroll, HRIS integrations, and data migrations is highly valued.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Along with a competitive base salary and variable pay opportunities, we offer a wide array of initiatives that differentiate us as a people-first organization. Some representative examples include: $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits, a $1,300 flexible benefit spending account, personal/wellness days, vacation, flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work structure.
