Our Purpose

At Deloitte, our Purpose is to make an impact that matters. We exist to inspire and help our people, organizations, communities, and countries to thrive by building a better future. Our work underpins a prosperous society where people can find meaning and opportunity. It builds consumer and business confidence, empowers organizations to find imaginative ways of deploying capital, enables fair, trusted, and functioning social and economic institutions, and allows our friends, families, and communities to enjoy the quality of life that comes with a sustainable future. And as the largest 100% Canadian-owned and operated professional services firm in our country, we are proud to work alongside our clients to make a positive impact for all Canadians.

By living our Purpose, we will make an impact that matters.

Are you looking for an opportunity to work on meaningful, high impact projects at the intersection of customer experience, research, strategy, design and technology? Whatever your passion, join us if you want to help solve some of the toughest business issues and shape the future of our country together.

What will your typical day look like in Technology & Transformation?

As an Analyst in the Customer Strategy team (within the Customer portfolio, also known as Deloitte Digital) you will work with multidisciplinary teams to help clients understand their customers, design compelling experiences, explore the art of the possible, and uncover data-driven insights – all to help translate strategy into action. Day to day, you will contribute to real client pursuits and projects – conducting research, synthesizing insights, shaping content and digital assets, and helping bring practical solutions to life.

AI is central to how we work, not a side project. You will be expected to leverage approved AI tools and augment your work every day – accelerating research, sharpening analysis, and moving from idea to draft and prototype faster – while applying sound judgment to orchestrate these tools alongside your own thinking. Just as important, you will look for practical ways to put AI to work: spotting use cases and helping build tangible, AI-enabled solutions that make our teams and our clients more effective, always in line with Deloitte's responsible AI guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Generate customer and market insights – Apply qualitative and quantitative research and analyse customer, financial, and operational data to uncover opportunities, inform decisions, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Shape customer experiences and strategies – Design customer journeys, products, services, and experiences while supporting the development of customer-led strategies, business cases, and actionable roadmaps.

  • Create compelling client deliverables – Develop client-ready presentations, workshop materials, and other outputs that communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic direction.

  • Bring strategies to life through collaboration – Work across design, technology, data, and delivery teams to create digital experiences, products, and journeys, enable data-driven decision-making, and support implementation and rollout.

  • Leverage AI to thoughtfully accelerate work – Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, analysis, and storytelling while applying sound judgement and critical thinking to ensure quality and relevance.

Our team brings together a variety of profiles (consultants, designers, strategists, data analysts) united by one objective: to create measurable value through emerging technologies, while keeping people at the centre of the customer and employee experience.

About the team

Our Deloitte Customer practice capitalizes on our diverse, globally recognized brands and capabilities to elevate the human experience in everything we do for our people and every outcome we deliver for our clients. We leverage our unique strengths in creative, design, innovation, strategy, branding, advertising, and engineering – as well as our continued growth through acquisitions – to bring fully integrated solutions to our clients. You will work on collaborative teams with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations, authoring presentations, and designing and building unique solutions.

The Deloitte Customer practice has over 500 practitioners across Canada. We provide advisory to our clients to support with:

  • Customer Strategy & Design

  • Marketing, Commerce & Product

  • Sales & Service

Within this group you will have exposure to a broad range of capabilities, spanning strategy, data, and implementation, while building a strong foundation in customer experience and business strategy.
